Introduction

Welcome to Code Aura. By accessing or using our services, including receiving SMS communications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not engage with our services.

Consent for SMS Communication

By providing your consent to receive SMS communications, you acknowledge and agree to receive text messages from Code Aura at the phone number you provide. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties.

Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages, you may receive SMS communications related to the following:

  • Customers and Guests: Updates regarding your orders, deliveries, or other relevant information.
  • Job Applicants: Information about your application status, onboarding materials, or other employment-related updates.

Standard Messaging Disclosures

  • Message Frequency: Frequency of messages may vary depending on your interactions with us.
  • Standard messaging rates will be charged by your mobile service provider.
  • You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you received the message.

Refund Policy

Code Aura allows you to request a refund within 30 days of order placement. We reserve the right to terminate this offer at any time, with or without notice, depending on the circumstances. This offer only applies if the refund request is made before any revisions are requested. Once revisions on the initial design work are requested, this guarantee is void. We rely heavily on prompt customer feedback throughout the design process to ensure effective project completion and expect timely communication from the client to achieve the desired results.

  1. We will not entertain or refund any orders if the client is non-responsive for 15 days. However, clients may notify us via email to place their project on hold if there is a personal issue.
  2. If the client wishes to forfeit the website portion of the package after 30 days, the refund will not be applicable. However, we can place the project on hold, and the client may resume it later.
  3. Customers forfeit the right to a refund if they request any additional revisions (one or more design changes, regardless of complexity) or modifications to the initial concepts. You also forfeit the refund if you do not respond in a timely manner to a project status update from Code Aura.
  4. If one part of the order is finalized, the customer will not be eligible for a refund on the remaining services within the package.
  5. 24-hour design fees and rush orders are non-refundable.
  6. Refunds will not be provided if the client changes their mind.
  7. No refund is available for design firms or individuals ordering on behalf of another entity. If cancellation is requested before the delivery of the initial concepts, you are eligible for a refund. In case of a duplicate charge, 100% of the duplicate amount will be refunded. If agreed-upon design requirements at the time of sale are not fulfilled, and proof of commitment is provided, a refund may be claimed.
  8. For bundle packages (e.g., Logo, Stationery, Website, Social Media, Brochure), refunds apply only to the services not utilized. If a particular service within the bundle is discontinued, the refund must be claimed before that service begins.

Refunds Will Not Be Applicable If:

  • You have selected a special or discounted package.
  • The primary design concept has been approved.
  • Revisions have been requested.
  • Cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to Code Aura.
  • There has been no communication with Code Aura for over 2 weeks.
  • Our policies have been violated.
  • Another designer or company has been approached for the same project.
  • The creative brief provided is incomplete or lacks required information.
  • A complete change in design direction is requested.
  • The refund claim is made beyond the allowed time period.
  • Your business is closing, or you are changing the business name.

Promotional Offers & Other Exceptions

  • Purchases under promotional offers are strictly non-refundable.
  • Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • In case of websites, once the client approves the design and the website moves to development, no refund will be provided.
  • If a client subscribes to a service bundle but is dissatisfied with one service, the refund will only apply to that specific service — not the entire bundle.
  • Refund claims will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of purchase.

Communication & Delivery Terms

  • All communication must be conducted through the registered email address provided by the customer.
  • Code Aura will attempt to contact the customer at least three times via email for project delivery and follow-ups.
  • If the customer does not respond within 7 business days from delivery, the project will be considered approved and closed, and no refunds will be granted.
  • If the customer remains non-responsive for 10 consecutive days on their registered email, the money-back guarantee becomes void.
  • Code Aura retains the right to review, approve, or reject any refund claims at its discretion.

Ownership Rights

After a refund is issued, the customer forfeits all rights to use the designs created. All rights to the designs will remain with Code Aura, and the customer will not be permitted to use them in any capacity.

Dispute/ Chargeback Policies

Fraudulent

Code Aura does not charge any credit or debit card without the customer’s authorization. All payments are made by the customer through a secure payment link generated by our official merchant. Our company does not support or engage in any fraudulent activities under any circumstances.

Product Not Received

If a customer claims the product was not received while the project is still in progress, and if any delay has occurred due to changes in requirements or delays from the customer’s side for any reason, Code Aura will not be held responsible for the original delivery timeline.

As clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions, a “Change of Requirement” can impact both the time and cost of the project.

If the customer still wishes to cancel, they must submit a cancellation request with a valid reason. This will be reviewed by our QA team, and a partial refund may be offered if eligible, based on our Terms & Conditions.

Product/Service Unacceptable

If a customer claims the product or service is unacceptable, please note that no design or development work is finalized without customer approval. Once a design is approved, customers cannot claim the product is unacceptable or damaged.

We offer unlimited revisions and can even recreate the project from scratch to meet customer satisfaction. We have a dedicated team working on each project to ensure quality results. Therefore, full reimbursements are not applicable for claims of “unacceptable” after approval or continued progress.

Additionally, we do not provide any product in physical form. Our services are digital and remain open for revision or redelivery within the allowed service period.

Credit Not Processed

A customer may claim “credit not processed” only if a refund was explicitly promised in writing by the Code Aura Billing or Customer Care team, and that refund was not issued within the agreed timeframe.

General / Other Disputes

In the case of disputes outside these categories, we do not accept refund claims due to “change of mind” as our company allocates real resources, time, and effort to deliver our services.

However, to protect our reputation and ensure customer satisfaction, we always aim to provide a resolution, including possible refunds, if a dispute arises between Code Aura and a customer.
